Jules Glanzer
KLI Faculty
Jules Glanzer has served as a college president, a seminary dean, a pastor, and a church planter. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Church Management. Jules is a visionary, creative and action-oriented leader. He is dedicated to serving and influencing people. Jules loves Jesus and is committed to living a God-arranged life influencing those who will influence others one person at a time. He currently serves as a consultant, mentor, and an author. He and his wife Peg reside in Wichita, KS. We consider it a privilege to have Jules as a KLI faculty member.

Jesse Allen
KLI Faculty
Jesse Allen has served as a special education teacher, missionary and ministry director. He has a Bachelor of Education and Master of Ministry in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Author of four books, Jesse speaks and teaches all over Central Kansas. Currently, he is co-director of a ministry called Kingdom Equip. Jesse loves Jesus, and as an ambassador for the King, he is committed to helping others fulfill and flourish in their destinies. Jesse is married to Tara and, along with their three children, they reside in Hillsboro, KS. We are honored to have Jesse as one of our KLI faculty members.

Leadership Coaching
Apprentices in residence at Morning Star from early September to early December. There will be weekly Biblical discipleship and leadership training as well as working as a paid apprentice with a Kingdom-minded leader in your vocational area of interest. Each apprentice will be assigned a leadership coach who will meet with them throughout the semester.

Overseas Missionary Assignment

Two Weeks Debrief
Apprentices go through two weeks of field training before traveling on assignment with an established missionary leader in one of least reached parts of the world. Participants will spend 3.5 months experiencing missional leadership while practicing service, evangelism and discipleship. Upon returning, apprentices will go through two weeks of debrief at Morning Star.

Kingdom Pitch Summit
Each apprentice will discern where God is leading them. They will receive ongoing virtual leadership training, and be in regular contact with a Morning Star leadership coach. After four month's time, each apprentice will be given the opportunity to participate in a Kingdom Initiatives Pitch Summit presenting innovative and creative ideas to a group of people prepared to fund them as the Lord leads.
